Can I get delivery outside India?
Yes, we do provide delivery outside India (depending on the city), but there is no cash-on-delivery facility for international orders. Note: International orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges. .
In situations where products are damaged upon receipt, what steps should be taken?
Return and exchange can be done by clicking the return option.
Kindly pack the products with their tags and seal them intact. Once the packet is returned and back to the warehouse, we will refund the amount in your bank account.
In case of Exchange, the exchange product will be dispatched once the product is picked up from your premises.
