ORDER STATUS & DELIVERY

You will get a confirmation mail with invoice details.

For India, there are no shipping charges for orders.
Yes, we do provide delivery outside India (depending on the city), but there is no cash-on-delivery facility for international orders. Note: International orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Return and exchange can be done by reaching out to us on whatsapp or via email.
- Kindly pack the products with their tags and seal them intact. Once the packet is returned and the original products are received the warehouse, we will refund the amount in your bank account.
- In case of an exchange - The exchanged product will be dispatched once the original product has been delivered to our warehouse.
- There is no charge for the 1st exchange or 1st return of a product. Subsequent one's will be chargeable
In that case, please place a return for the product by contacting us on whatsapp or via email. While placing a return order, share the defective products pictures. Once a return order is placed the product will be picked up free of cost.
- Replacement of the product will be processed within 7 days of receiving the originally shipped product.
- The product will be delivered in 5 - 7 working days once shipped. For further assistance, please email us at contact@banswarabrands.com.
The exchange order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after the product is received in it's original condition back to our warehouse.

Yes. All refunds are issued to your original mode of payment. Cash of Delivery orders cannot be refunded. A Store credit valid for 1 year is issued instead. Products marked as Clearance Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
