The products returned should be unused, and unworn and the original tags should be intact.

The product should be returned within 30 days. As soon as the product is returned, Refunds are initiated in your bank account within 5-7 Working days of product receipt.

How to check if my product is the right fit for exchange?

If the product is unused and unworn, and the original tags are still attached, it is exchangeable. There is no additional charge for any exchange orders.

What is the process for exchanging items of clothing?
  1. . Logged-in customers can go to "My Orders" from the My Account menu. You must enter your subscription ID and the email address provided in your subscription. For guest orders, visit the Track Your Order page.
  2. Otherwise, you can reach us by email to schedule a reverse pickup of the unused product. This should be done within 7 days of the product's delivery. Then we will initiate your exchange request for you.
  3. Depending on size availability, we will dispatch the required size of the item
  4. If the required size is not in stock, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges)
  5. In case of a broken or damaged product, we will ship a fresh item to you within 48 hours of receiving your complaint. Here, the standard delivery timeline of 3-5 business days will be applicable. In the event that your product or package is lost or misplaced, we will investigate the issue internally and with our courier partners. If the issue is internal, a resolution will be given within 48 hours. If the problem is on our courier partner's end, it will be resolved within 3-5 business days.
  6. For new orders of a lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as a gift voucher
  7. You can use the credit note for your future purchases with us
  8. International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges

We are not able to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. If so, the order can be canceled only after receipt of delivery by the customer.
