RETURNS & EXCHANGE

The products returned or exchanged should be unused, and unworn and the original tags should be intact.

A return or exchange request should be initiated within 30 days post receipt of the product. As soon as the product is returned, refunds are initiated into your bank account within 7 working days after we receive the product back in it's original condition.

How to check if my product is eligible for exchange?

If the product is unused and unworn, and the original tags are still attached, it is exchangeable.
  • There is no additional charge for the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges for the same order will be charged at ₹250 each
  • Products that are part of any "Clearance Sale" or "Special Prices" offer are not eligible for return or replacement.

 What is the process for exchanging items of clothing?

  • Simply reach out to us on our Whatsapp number or email us and we will start the process. This should be done within 30 days of the product's delivery.
  • Depending on size availability, we will dispatch the required size of the item to you
  • If the required size is not in stock, we will issue a credit note to you (after deducting the applicable shipping charges). this credit note can be used to shop for anything from us within 1 year
  • In case you receive a damaged product:
    • You can reach out to us with date and time-stamped pictures and videos of the same
    • Once verified, we will initiate a return pickup of the damaged product
    • We will then ship a fresh item to you within 48 hours of receiving your complaint
    • Standard delivery timeline of 3-5 business days will be applicable
  • In the event that your product or package is lost or misplaced, we will investigate the issue internally and with our courier partners.
    • If the issue is internal, a resolution will be given within 48 hours
    • If the issue is on our courier partner's end, it will be resolved within 3-5 business days
  • For new orders of a lower price, the balance amount will be available for use as a store credit
  • You can use the store credit for your future purchases with us upto 1 year
  • International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges
Cancellations:

We are not able to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. If so, the order can be canceled only after receipt of delivery by the customer.
